Martial Arts of West End (MAWE)is looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable team member to join our growing family-oriented program.

Position Overview

We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in their lives. This role supports our After-School Program, Summer Camps, and Martial Arts programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe, positive environment
• Assist with daily after-school and camp activities
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the facility
• Support instructors and staff with student activities
• Transport students for our After-School Program (driver position)

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with children
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Martial arts experience is not required , but is a plus
• Valid driver's license required for transportation duties
• CDL license is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Typical hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available based on experience, skills, and program needs
