- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Virginia or compact state preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry, Step-Down, or acute care nursing
- Current and valid BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for patients on the Telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
- Provide compassionate support, education, and clinical guidance to patients and their families
