Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated Event Promotions Assistant to join our team and help drive engagement, attendance, and brand awareness for our events. This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and passionate about connecting with people and promoting experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing event marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
Distribute promotional materials both digitally and in-person.
Engage with potential attendees and community partners to increase event visibility.
Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
Track and report on promotional performance metrics.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor events.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in event promotion, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
