education: Associate Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily operator payroll records including accurate entry, review, and validation of work hours and pay codes.
- Support verification and reconciliation of time and attendance data prior to bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Track and help process attendance, vacation, sick leave, personal time, FMLA, and other leave categories.
- Review leave requests and time discrepancies; escalate issues to the Coordinator, supervisors, or management as appropriate.
- Assist with calculating and processing pay adjustments, exceptions, and corrections in coordination with Finance and Payroll.
- Monitor payroll reports and error logs; help prepare summaries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain organized attendance and payroll records, including leave documentation and attendance policy tracking.
- Respond to routine employee questions regarding timekeeping, leave balances, and payroll matters; refer complex issues as needed.
