Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC (Evenings)
Location : Harrisonburg, Virginia
Duration : 12 Weeks (ASAP Start)
Shift : Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Hours : 40 Hours/Week (Guaranteed)
Schedule : 5x8-hour shifts
Weekly Pay : From $1500/Weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Collaborate with CNAs and healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
- Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care
Requirements
- Active LPN License (VA or Compact)
- Previous LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to full schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
