Project Analyst
- Initiate action to assist Federal program manager(s) with planning, initiating, monitoring and closing out multiple, complex projects and deliverables
- Coordinate activities to identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
- Conduct analysis on complex program performance and risks, research discrepancies, and prepare management reports and briefings
- Provide expertise to improve business strategy, internal processes and program performance
- With no guidance, identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
- Develop and maintain management reports, implementation schedules, and key performance parameters
- Provide input and assist with requirement definition, scope of work definition, and scope management
- Participate in analysis activities, identify actions, and coordinate actions across the team
- Conduct requirements analysis, maintain record of requirements, or portions thereof, being fulfilled by projects, and dependency on other efforts
- Design, troubleshoot, and implement software code for end-to-end software development
- US Citizenship and Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline, or HS Diploma and 7+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience in project management
- Ability to research, collect, organize, and interpret technical data and status related to projects and programs
- Knowledge of data and requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Ability to conduct analysis and monitoring program requirements, performance, schedule, and risk
- Ability to support the Program Manager to evaluate, review, monitor, and report on program performance
- Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations
- Experience with conducting project analysis on cyber operations programs
- Certifications:
- PMP
- DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II
