**Front Desk/HR Assistant** **Rate:** $19.00-20.00/ hour **Administrative experience required** At Securitas, we are leading the transformation of the security industry globally. Our protective services, developed together with our clients, are designed to incorporate a high degree of technology content. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:** + Manages phone lines, both incoming and outgoing calls + Greets visitors to the office + Assists with scheduling orientation of new employees; prepares necessary paperwork for personnel files. + Assists with training classes and maintaining officers training records. + Coordinates licensing requirements with new hires + Updates and maintains confidential personnel files to document personnel actions. + Examine personnel files to answer inquiries; provide information to authorized people. + Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office. **Education/Experience:** + High School Diploma required. + Administrative experience required. **Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing** ): + Must be advanced user of MS Office + Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills. + Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively. + Strong customer service skills desired. + Ability to develop rapport with all levels of human resources and management personnel. + Ability to be an effective team member. + Must be self- directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.
