A day in your role

Start your morning by opening QuickBooks, reviewing overnight activity, and matching bank feeds to the ledger. Before lunch, you’ll process incoming invoices, queue vendor payments, and enter payroll-related journal entries. In the afternoon, you’ll reconcile accounts, prepare a snapshot of current balances, and collaborate with teammates or vendors to resolve any discrepancies. You’ll wrap up by organizing supporting documents so month-end closes are smooth and stress-free.

Impact you’ll make

• Keep AP and AR precise and current.
• Process invoices, post payments, and enter payroll transactions accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and verify the integrity of financial activity.
• Own QuickBooks data hygiene and maintain financial databases.
• Assist with reports, budgeting tasks, and internal accounting workflows.
• Uphold accuracy, organization, and compliance across records.
• Support financial reviews and audits with clean documentation.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to answer finance questions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes.

What you bring

• Proficiency with QuickBooks (required).
• Background as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant.
• Working knowledge of core accounting concepts.
