Regional CDL A Truck Driver Job Overview

• Strong base pay with real upside. Earn up to $0.615 CPM (based on location), with annual earnings reaching up to $100,000 depending on miles and performance.
• Big bonus. Bigger start. West Coast OTR drivers earn a $6,500 sign-on bonus - rewarding you from day one for joining the team.
• Additional bonuses that reward extra miles. Earn up to $0.07 CPM bonus after 2,350 miles per week , plus additional pay for specialized work such as chaining, port pay, & container swap pay where applicable.
• Home weekly-with flexibility. Run 5-8 days out , reset with 34 hours at home , or stay out longer if you want to push earnings higher.
• Regional lanes - no coasts. Operate within a defined regional footprint: West to Denver or Oakland , East to Indianapolis , Southeast to Atlanta , South to Dallas . No coast-to-coast runs.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year verifiable tractor/trailer experience OR 6 months tractor/trailer experience + driving school in the past year
• Must be 21 years old
• TWIC card
