We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and communications. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the credit union industry.
Responsibilities:• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records and databases.
• Handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize time management.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Maintain organization and communication within Microsoft Outlook.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing outbound communications.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and effective written communication.
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
