Maintenance Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs in apartments, including faucets, door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers.
• Assist with general construction, carpentry, groundskeeping, and cleaning tasks during apartment turns.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail when working independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in completing daily assignments.

Maintenance Worker Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required for candidates seeking direct hire with the client.
• Some hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic repairs such as replacing faucets, door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
