Project Manager - Marketing

Our client, a global non-profit dedicated to environmental conservation is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join their close-knit, high-performing marketing team. This is a crucial, short-term assignment (expected 3-5 months) to ensure project continuity and efficiency during a busy and critical period for the team. salary: $32 - $37 per hour

Responsibilities

• Project Traffic Management: Act as the primary traffic manager and flow coordinator for creative and marketing projects, ensuring the team is aware of deadlines, priorities, and potential conflicts.
• Workflow Coordination (ASANA Expert): Masterfully utilize ASANA to set up, track, and manage all project tasks, timelines, and dependencies. Proficiency in this platform is an absolute must.
• Blocker Identification & Resolution: Proactively monitor the project boards and communicate with team members to identify, flag, and help resolve any roadblocks or hold-ups preventing tasks from moving forward.
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead and facilitate regular team check-in meetings and stand-ups to review project status, task lists, and next steps, driving accountability and clarity.
• Project Stakeholder Alignment: For more complex projects, schedule and lead check-in meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the team, managing project documentation and ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
• Team Communication: Maintain transparent and clear communication across the team, being mindful of various communication needs.
