Payroll Manager
Kforce has a client in Chantilly, VA that is seeking a Payroll Manager. Key Responsibilities Payroll Operations:
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments
- Review and reconcile payroll data and general ledger postings
- Oversee payroll tax filings and compliance
- Serve as system owner for Costpoint Payroll and Labor modules
- Ensure integration between timekeeping, payroll, and project costing
- Validate labor distributions and cost allocations
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DCAA requirements
- Support audits and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Enforce labor charging compliance
- Prepare payroll reports and support month-end close
- Reconcile payroll to general ledger
- Manage payroll staff and improve processes
- Establish internal controls and
- Deltek Costpoint experience
- Experience with payroll close to 1000 employees
- Multi-state payroll experience
- UKG and/or ADP experience
