Senior HRIS Business Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive organizational success? As a Senior Human Resource Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping workforce strategies by collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data to leadership. You’ll provide high-level analysis, uncover trends through data mining, and deliver clear, impactful reporting that informs critical organizational decisions.

In this role, you will evaluate HRIS systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and elevate the team member experience. You’ll collaborate across functions, including IT and Finance, to support organization-wide initiatives and ensure data-driven solutions that strengthen our workforce.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, HR Management, or related discipline.
  • 3 -5 years minimum experience working within HRIS systems/process improvement experience.
  • Prior Compensation and report writing experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant HR certification preferred.
  • Prefer experience working in healthcare or other complex environment.
  • Strong preference for UKG system experience preferred.

  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization including Senior Management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Excellent/Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
  • Knowledge of information technology and compensation best practices.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives and manage competing deadlines effectively.
