Are you great with people, passionate about dogs, and eager to grow your career? Scenthound is looking for a friendly, motivated team member to lead our customer experience and drive membership sales at the front desk. This is more than a job it's a launchpad into leadership with a company thats redefining dog grooming.

What Youll Do

  • Help pet parents understand the benefits of routine dog care and the value of our membership program

  • Be the friendly face at our front desk answering questions, booking appointments, and helping dogs and their humans feel at home

  • Drive sales through education, service add-ons, and retail recommendations

  • Keep our lobby clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Work closely with the team and manager to exceed goals and create a great customer experience

  • A strong communicator in person and over the phone
