Project Coordinator
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity
- Track project milestones and prepare progress reports
- Organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Identify potential risks and propose effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
