Nurse Practitioner

- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience ( Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
- Active NP license (any state accepted)
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- U.S. Citizenship required (government contract)
