IT Support Specialist (In-Office)
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, chat, remote tools, and in-person
- Manage help desk tickets in Zoho Desk, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Windows / Intune
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, OneDrive)
- Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices)
- Network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN/WAN)
- Common business applications
- Install, configure, and deploy computers, software, updates, and security patches
- Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and system access
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding (equipment setup, access provisioning)
- Perform basic system maintenance, backups, and endpoint security tasks (antivirus, MFA, patching)
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base resources
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Occasionally support after-hours projects or on-call rotations (migrations, upgrades, etc.)
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities (able to explain technical concepts clearly)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on business needs
