Practice Manager III
Norfolk, VA Work Shift
First (Days) Overview: Sentara Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Specialists in Norfolk, VA is now hiring a full-time Practice Manager III ! Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Overview The Practice Manager III partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 25 or more staff members and/or complexity operations score 3 for hospital or office-based specialties. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations, and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance. Education
- Bachelor's degree ( Preferred )
- 7 years Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree
- Healthcare - 3 years ( Required )
- Supervisory - 3 years ( Required )
- Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment ( Preferred )
