MonFri | 9a5p OR 12p8p | Immediate Start | $500 Bonus
Brighter Day Adult Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position involves active engagement, assisting with daily living skills, and supporting participation in community activities. What We Offer:
- $15$17/hr (based on certifications & experience)
- $500 bonus after 90 days with no corrective action plans
- Consistent MondayFriday schedule
- Two shifts available: 9a5p OR 12p8p
- Supportive, mission-driven work environment
- Convenient West End Henrico location
- Assisting with personal care, daily living skills, and household tasks
- Encouraging and supporting community engagement activities
- Following structured schedules and individualized support plans
- Documenting services provided and maintaining compliance standards
- Experience working with individuals with ID/DD/MH
- Current TOVA, Medication Administration, and CPR/First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
