For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Pay rate: $65-$75/hr w2 **Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with technology leads, developers, and cross-functional partners (Tech, Program, Risk). + Independently manage project execution and delivery. + Apply Agile principles to guide team workflows and development cycles. + Use JIRA to monitor team progress and manage tasks. + Develop comprehensive project plans and integrative roadmaps. + Create executive-level presentations and storytelling slides for program updates. + Drive program momentum and ensure forward progress across workstreams. + Lead programs with multiple concurrent workstreams. **Experience Requirements:** + 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology-focused environments. + Proven ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives. + Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. + Experience in stakeholder communication and executive reporting. + Skilled in strategic planning and roadmap development. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
