Position Overview

OMNI Consulting Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with exceptional analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to analyze complex datasets, identify business challenges, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive mission success. This role requires an active Top Secret Clearance and a proven ability to deliver high-quality data analysis in a consulting or federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify business problems, define analytical requirements, and develop data-driven solutions.

• Conduct research, collect and analyze datasets, and synthesize results into clear, actionable insights.

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, complex Pivot Tables, formulas, and macros) to organize, analyze, and visualize data.

• Provide data interpretation, modeling, and forecasting to support strategic planning and performance optimization.

• Stay current with emerging analytics tools, trends, and methodologies to continually improve analysis quality.

• Guide and support clients through the implementation of recommendations and data-driven initiatives.

• Active Top Secret Clearance .

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or data analysis roles.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.

• Proven experience conducting data analysis and preparing executive-level reports.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in human capital management, workforce planning, or organizational design.

• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Office 365 tools.

• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
