As a trusted partner to the Federal Aviation Administration, Peraton helps deliver the systems and services that keep our nation’s skies safe and connected.
We’re looking for innovative professionals who thrive in mission-critical environments and are passionate about shaping the future of air traffic management. - Review, interpret, and resolve issues impacting company compliance and satisfaction of legal requirements.
- Provide support to internal program teams, to include highly complex problem solving, and providing creative solutions
- Serve as focal point for communication with program management, legal, finance, and other business disciplines to resolve issues and disputes.
- Manage contract change control processes to include reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with the program team and complex solicitations and non-routine proposals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and other business agreements.
- Support establishing associate contractor agreements (ACAs).
- Develop strong customer relationships, interacting frequently, and working as a team leader to resolve issues and streamline processes
