- Set up your station promptly, follow prep lists diligently, and keep a keen eye on product shelf life.

- Follow food safety guidelines to guarantee a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

1. Speedy Service Superstar:

- Embrace the fast-paced nature of our kitchen, skillfully cooking orders within specified ticket times.

- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen staff, working together like a well-choreographed culinary symphony.

- Answer, report, and follow Assistant Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Manager instructions.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry.

- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours at a time.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Weekend & evening availability is a MUST.

- Comfortable and confident in a fast-paced culinary adventure.
