What You'll Do:

Lead and empower your team, including Assistant Leaders and Team Leads, to drive sales and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Manage hiring, training, performance, and career development for all store associates.
Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and teamwork across all business channels.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an inspiring shopping experience.
Conduct regular store walk-throughs with leadership to ensure operational excellence.
Analyze store and market trends to develop strategies that enhance business performance.
Stay informed on company initiatives, promotions, and product updates to keep your team engaged and informed.
Manage store operations, including budgets, controllable costs, and overall profitability.
Provide feedback to merchandising and logistics teams on inventory and product trends.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of retail management experience leading a cross-functional team.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
