Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management-Richmond Metro. We are a fast growing company looking for growth minded employees that are seeking to be a part of family/team driven organization. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, subfloor repair, door installation, door jamb repair, window sill repair etc. The Maintenance Technician will perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Richmond Metro organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general handyman services
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance or suitable experience in residential repairs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. of equipment
• Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
