VHC Health is seeking a collaborative and clinically strong Interventional Radiologist to join a growing and well-established interventional radiology program within one of the region‘s leading independent health systems.

Located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, VHC Health is a 537-bed not-for-profit health system nationally recognized for clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Opportunity Highlights

The incoming physician will join a high-performing Interventional Radiology team providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient procedural services across a broad range of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. This is a full-time, hospital-based position located on the main VHC Health campus in Arlington, Virginia. The IR program is supported by experienced technologists, dedicated nursing staff, advanced imaging capabilities, and a collaborative procedural environment that continues to expand in both complexity and volume.

VHC Health‘s Interventional Radiology service works closely with oncology, vascular surgery, hepatology, nephrology, trauma, emergency medicine, and surgical specialties to provide high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the continuum of treatment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology

• Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology (IR/DR)

• Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

• Interest in multidisciplinary care and program development preferred
