Responsibilities
- Thoroughly inspect all incoming vehicles and identify repairs or services needed.
- Perform or coordinate cleaning, detailing, and minor reconditioning tasks on vehicles.
- Document vehicle conditions and report any issues to management or service departments.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for display or delivery in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to dealership and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth vehicle flow through the recon process.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle defects or maintenance needs.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, cleaning, and inspection.
