Proper inventory management leads to optimized marketing and pricing that ensuring the customers experience The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™. This position is crucial to the success of the dealership as everything begins with quality inventory. • Basic automotive knowledge
• Project management experience a plus
• Ability to interpret data and make decisions
• Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
• Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Sales experience not required
