Essential Skills: The successful candidate will possess 3+ years related experience with demonstrated computer proficiency. Position Description includes strong organization and time management skills. Experience required for entering Data using QuickBooks from Employee Timesheets, Generating Invoices, Preparing Invoices for delivery via email/USPS according to specific details and Coding Credit Card Statements using Business Chart of Accounts. Must have prior experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. Professional Appearance required.
Weekly Schedule is three days weekly (24 hours/week). Hourly rate: $25.00/hour.
