Director of Quality of Earnings
The McLean Group’s Financial Consulting team is seeking a Director to lead Quality of Earnings (QofE) and financial due diligence engagements for middle-market transactions. - Direct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, with a focus on government contracting clients, and present findings directly to clients and deal stakeholders.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and analysts, overseeing workload allocation, review processes, and professional growth.
- Review and approve high-quality client deliverables, including QofE reports, due diligence memos, and presentations for private equity sponsors, corporate buyers, and management teams.
- Partner with the investment banking and valuation teams on integrated engagements and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
- Drive business development by building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the growth of the Financial Consulting practice in target sectors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, QofE, transaction advisory, or related financial consulting roles (Big 4, national accounting firm, or boutique advisory preferred), including experience leading engagements and teams.
