This position involves working directly with residential clients to develop landscape design concepts, prepare and present proposals, and manage the sales process from initial consultation until project handoff to our operations team. Responsibilities

• Meet with residential clients to assess their landscaping needs and preferences
• Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts tailored to client requirements
• Prepare, present, and communicate detailed proposals to clients
• Manage the sales process, including follow-ups and closing sales
• Collaborate with the installation and maintenance teams to ensure successful project handoff
• Maintain a positive, proactive, and professional approach in all client and team interactions

• Experience in landscape design and sales, preferably in residential settings

Compensation

Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with commission, offering total compensation up to or above $125,000.
