This contract Occupational Therapist position offers the opportunity to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade across multiple school locations in Williamsburg, VA. The role is part of the 2026/2027 school year, providing consistent hours and a dynamic work environment in an educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Position Details:

• Contract role for the 2026/2027 academic year
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
• Service delivery across 2 to 3 school locations within Williamsburg, VA
• Caseload includes students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans
