Part-Time Market Merchandiser

Location: Rockville, NC

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Market Merchandiser to join our team in Fayetteville, NC . In this role, you'll service micro market locations by stocking products, maintaining attractive displays, monitoring inventory, and ensuring each market is clean, organized, and ready to provide an outstanding customer experience. • Service assigned micro market locations by stocking food, beverages, and other merchandise.
• Receive and organize deliveries at customer locations.
• Rotate products and ensure proper freshness, quality, and refrigeration of all applicable items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing market displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product replenishment needs.
• Remove expired, damaged, or unsold merchandise.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of market equipment and fixtures.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly and professional service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Travel between assigned customer locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Customer service, merchandising, retail, food service, or stocking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and stand throughout the workday.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
