Job Summary:

Advanceable ABA VA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team! As a BT, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support, and we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress

• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement client treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in ABA, psychology, or a related field preferred

• 0 years of experience in ABA or a related field (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain any required certifications or licenses

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
