Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading and designing solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance opportunities. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery and provide valuable expertise throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance and a proven ability to successfully manage complex, end-to-end implementations.

Additionally, you will work alongside a talented team to develop innovative solutions that address the unique business challenges of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply business best practices to design solutions for D365 Finance that meet client needs.
Translate business requirements into customized configuration designs for D365 Finance applications.
Produce clear, detailed documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Lead client training sessions on the use of D365 Finance and any additional software integrated into the solution.
Assist clients during pilot testing phases to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation.
Work with clients to develop functional designs for custom D365 Finance requirements.
Provide ongoing support and quality assurance for D365 Finance solutions post-implementation.
Present demonstrations of D365 Finance to prospective clients, including pre-presentation preparation and gathering requirements.
While primarily a remote position, there may be travel required up to 25% of the time to support client needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred, but not required).
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, specifically in Senior Functional or Lead Consultant roles for implementation and upgrade projects.
Experience in Project Management Accounting; Tax experience and SOX compliance are highly desirable.
Extensive knowledge of core financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, and Sales and Inventory Management.
Experience implementing third-party solutions in conjunction with D365 Finance is a plus.
