Over the next five years, we are committed to growing our team from 32 to 50+ advisors while maintaining our client-first, needs-based philosophy. This growth will be accompanied by sustaining or increasing our advisors average income, currently $145,000 annually, including for first-year advisors. Our success is built on robust mentorship programs with senior advisors and tailored business development plans for each new team member. We also require a strong commitment to professionalism, with advisors achieving Series 65/66 licensing within their first year.
