Inside Sales Coordinator
Virginia Beach, VA - Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? We’re seeking an Inside Sales / Order Processing Specialist to manage order entry, coordinate shipments, and handle documentation for a well-established manufacturing company. This full-time role offers long-term stability, a collaborative team environment, and hands-on experience with logistics. No two days are the same—and your contributions will make a real impact. In this role, you’ll process sales orders, schedule pickups, prepare BOLs and shipping documents, and work closely with both internal teams and external warehouses to ensure on-time deliveries. You’ll also handle shipment claims and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales, logistics, or order coordination, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
