CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER (PART-TIME)

E.L. Strategic is a community-focused marketing and business development agency that partners with businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to help them grow through strategic marketing, content creation, branding, events, and relationship-driven business development.

We are currently seeking a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join our growing team.

This role serves as the lead point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for the strategy, management, creation, coordination, and execution of all client deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and takes pride in producing high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.

This is a role for someone who understands that strong client service is built on communication, accountability, organization, execution, and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Manage client communication, timelines, expectations, and deliverables

• Lead strategy and oversee execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, content creation, and client projects

• Coordinate multiple projects across multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and on time

• Maintain strong organization and project oversight across all assigned accounts

• Collaborate with internal creatives, contractors, and leadership to ensure consistency and quality

• Review all deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, completeness, and quality control before submission

• Proactively identify client needs, opportunities, and solutions

• Support business development, event coordination, and campaign execution as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Marketing with agency experience preferred

• Client-facing project management

• Social media strategy and content development, especially reels - graphic design experience is paramount

• Event coordination and campaign execution
