UX / UI Senior Consultant required for FULL-TIME

Position: UX/UI Consultant
Location: Mclean, VA
Pay rate: Can Be Discussed.
Type: FULL-TIME
Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience designing UX/UI for web applications
- Expertise in UI technologies, tools and concepts
- Ability to identify usability issues
- SCRUM or Agile or Waterfall experience (preferably Agile)
- Expertise in developing information architecture, interaction models, user flows, and wire-frames for complex products, services and interaction
- Use of HTML & CSS in building prototypes
- Experienced in Visio or Dreamweaver or Balsamiq or any prototyping tool
- Understanding of Usability Testing, User Centered Design, User interface Standards and Best Practices.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred.
- Ability to create wire-frames as well as visual design comps
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
