Principal Coordinator, Security Operations Specialist I, Global Workplace Services

That’s why our team is looking to add a Principal Coordinator, Security Ops Specialist.* Communicate effectively, especially during incident response; keep stakeholders updated* Place importance on our partners’ experience when making decisions; provide necessary support* Show flexibility in handling various security events or emergency situations* Manage time efficiently* Be able to write effective security reports* Have a penchant for investigation and the ability to think critically* Ask clarifying questions when uncertain* Embrace constructive feedback and opportunities for development* Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements* Be a consistent team player* At least 2 years of experience in one or more of these fields: Law enforcement, Military, Corporate Security, Business Continuity, Risk, Emergency Management or Customer Service* At least 1 year of experience with security operations* At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite* Bachelor's degree or military experience* 3+ years of experience in the security field* 1+ years of experience with emergency communication operations* 1+ years of experience with situational awareness tools for example NC4 and VCC* 1+ years of SOC experience* 1+ years of experience with MAStermind, Lenel, Verint or Genetec video systems, or the D3 report-writing platformCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
