Human Resources Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience with exposure to L&D, performance management, and employee relations.
- Workday proficient
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- All other duties as assigned

- Learning & Development
- Design, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Partner with managers to identify development needs and create learning paths.
- Coordinate external training resources and maintain compliance with internal policies.
- Performance Management
- Administer the performance review process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and policy violations.
- Promote a positive work environment through proactive engagement initiatives.
- Workday HRIS
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and ensure system integrity.
- Generate reports and dashboards for HR metrics and compliance.
- Support HR process automation and troubleshoot system issues.
- Requires prolonged period of sitting, with occasional standing
- Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
- Occasionally required to lift, carry, push or pulling and/or move up to 10-25 lbs.
- The ability to travel may be required for key events
