Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist
- Develop and administer credit and collection programs that consistently lead to achieving or exceeding company financial goals
- Monitor the collection of amounts due to the organization
- Enforce collection policies and agreed upon payment terms with customers such as unearned discounts and past due transactions
- Research complex deduction adjustments and present resolutions
- Ability to report weekly findings and present analysis on collection data
- Coordinate and work with the sales team as necessary to collect all monies owed
- Draw upon a variety of the Accounts Receivable field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Special projects as needed

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft a plus
- Strong knowledge of Excel formulas for analysis
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally and work as part of a dynamic team
- Organizational skills must be top-notch as work assignments will change frequently
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field desired
- 2-5 years' experience in Collections
