What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of public events, engaging with attendees, sharing campaign information, distributing materials, and creating positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit and ethical campaigns at live events and promotional activations

• Answer questions and provide information about programs, services, and community initiatives

• Help with event setup, registration, logistics, and handing out promotional materials

• Work closely with marketing and outreach teams to ensure smooth event execution

• Collect attendee feedback, track interactions, and suggest improvements

• Solve challenges on-site professionally and proactively

• Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service
