We're currently looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility.

Position Summary:

The Doggie Daycare Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and their pets. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals. You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting both clients and staff throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling
• Check dogs in and out for daycare and boarding services
• Maintain accurate records in our client database
• Process payments and maintain financial accuracy at the front desk
• Provide updates to pet parents regarding their dog's stay or behavior
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with supplies
• Support the team with various clerical and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or veterinary/animal care setting preferred
• Comfortable interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency
• Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
