We are seeking Full time and Part-time positions for experienced stylists to join our close-knit team of 2-5 stylists in quaint downtown Hampton. This commission-based salon provides a dedicated station where you can hone your craft and serve both scheduled and walk-in clients. We value skilled professionals eager to grow with us and deliver exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment. Benefits include one week of paid vacation after one year with the company and free continuing education classes for hair.
Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the workstation
- Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Promote and sell hair care products and services
- Use straightening systems and various styling techniques
- Perform perming treatments
- Support a collaborative environment within a small team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hair styling
Preferred Qualifications
- Cosmetology certification or diploma
