Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of all listing activities, ensuring each property is prepared for market with precision and care.
• Collaborate with agents to streamline the listing process, allowing them to focus on client interactions and sales.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all listing agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials to maximize property exposure and attract potential buyers.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients, agents, and third-party vendors to ensure a smooth listing experience.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights that enhance our listing strategies.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to improve team productivity and client satisfaction consistently.
