Customer Service Representative - Entry-Level - Immediate Hire
Our growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team is seeking motivated individuals for full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative roles. If you enjoy connecting with people and want to gain hands-on experience supporting community initiatives, this could be a great opportunity to start your career.
This position involves working at live events and outreach campaigns that promote nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at live events and community outreach programs
Engage attendees in a friendly and professional manner
Share information about campaign goals and organizational missions
Answer questions and provide accurate event and fundraising details
Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
