Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities.
• Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility.
• Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management.
• Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives.
• Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality.

• Location: On-site
• Travel Requirements: Occasional
• Working Hours: Standard

Required Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++
• Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Writing Skills : Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
• Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Additional soft skills : Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience in Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying leads through all-source databases
