Required Skills:
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Elastic Stack including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading Elasticsearch clusters and environments
• Experience optimizing Elasticsearch infrastructure to maintain cluster health and search performance
• Expertise configuring Kibana with role-based filtering and multi-tenancy features
• Experience resolving installation, infrastructure, data flow, and log ingest issues across development and production environments
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Elastic security features including SSL/TLS configuration, client authentication, and document-level security
• Strong documentation skills with experience creating SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and architecture diagrams
• Ability to work independently in highly secure and mission-critical environments
• Experience working within DevSecOps environments and automated CI/CD pipelines
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
• Elastic Certified Engineer certification
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience supporting production systems with strict uptime and availability requirements
• Familiarity with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) technologies and concepts
• Experience participating in peer reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions
• Experience developing mockups and wireframes
Mandatory Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance – Required
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Security+ Certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of start)
• Experience as a software developer, administrator, integrator, or related technical role supporting Elastic Stack environments
